We are a real estate development team with 7 years of experience in residential projects. For the first 4 years we focused on apartment development – buying, renovating and selling homes in Vilnius. For the past 3 years we have shifted into the individual house construction segment. Each new project is more complex than the last, and that is what drives us.

2019
Company founded. Started with apartment development – buying, renovating and selling in Vilnius.
2022
Pivoted to individual home construction.
2025
Completed Elfa Lofts projects on Vytenio and Šopeno streets.
2026
Currently building 16 homes across multiple projects.
